Custom WordPress Workflows
A scalable member and chapter management system built inside WordPress. I designed and developed custom workflows for member profiles, applications, approvals, coordinator access, attendance, dues, notifications, training, and day-to-day administration — all built to make a growing organization easier to manage.
The Challenge
Inspiring New Growth needed more than a traditional membership website. With multiple chapters, members, coordinators, visitors, applications, training requirements, attendance, and dues, everyday administration was becoming increasingly complex.
The goal was to bring those moving parts into one practical digital system that could be managed by the right people without creating more work for the organization.
